Homemade Mayonnaise
Need a food processor and ingredients at room temperature
2 eggs yolks
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. French style mustard
grind of black pepper
pinch of salt
juice of lemon
2 cups olive oil
Turn on food processor and after 10-15 seconds—pour in olive oil in light stream while the processor is on until well blended.
The girls (All the boys do not do mayo!) and I love this mayo and use it all the time on our sandwiches.Labels: dressings
