Adapted from Martha Stewart Living's magazine, this indoor s'more can be eaten indoors or out and is out-of-this-world! With layers of ice cream, graham cracker, chocolate, more ice cream and then topped with a graham cracker, toasted marshmallows and hot fudge...need I say more?
Good for a crowd and easy to assemble, you could serve this to guests, a child's party or just to end a meal...it is that easy.
Ingredients:

Ice cream. Choose any flavor combination. I loved the coffee and vanilla combination, there is strawberry and vanilla, cookie dough and chocolate; the possibilities are endless!
Graham crackers
Hershey chocolate
Mini marshmallows
Fudge sauce
Assembly:
Heat your broiler. Melt marshmallows and chocolate bars on graham crackers. Top one marshmallow-covered cracker with ice cream. Layer with a chocolate-covered cracker, a scoop of ice cream, another marshmallow-covered cracker, and ladling of hot fudge. Oh my gosh, yum!
