I am in love with coffee and I found this recipe over at The Pioneer Woman Cooks. When the temps are high, iced coffee fits the bill. But if made wrong it can become a diluted disaster. Check out her recipe for the perfect cup of iced coffee, here.
For me, after my morning brewed coffee. I pour the rest into a pitcher to get nice and chilled in the fridge. Then, I pour into a tall glass of ice with a splash of cream or milk and enough sugar or *stevia to sweeten. Yum!
